The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a collective of high school students who identify as girls. The board members are from diverse regions, backgrounds, and have a passion for STEM. The 2023 goals are to educate YAB members on various opportunities in the STEM fields, connect with STEM role models, and engage with youth through Town Hall meetings. The YAB mission is to continue to provide input on current NGCP initiatives and inform the future direction of NGCP. This past fall NGCP began the process of selecting new students to join the YAB.
