Annual Conference
The MWGCP will host a variety of events for girl-serving organizations, educators, and business professionals in its area.
The collaborative's kick-off conference is followed by programs' entering their information into the program directory and collaborating to apply for mini-grant awards.
Once mini-grants are complete, the MWGCP will hold an annual conference. At this conference, grantees will have an opportunity to present their projects to a large group. Additional networking and professional development activities are offered at this event.

This workshop will assist you in finding resources and funding to create STEM activities for young women. Learn about the National Girls Collaborative Project, a partnership between the Puget Sound Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology (PSCTLT), the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
Participants will also:
- Discover how to apply for mini-grants
- Receive STEM resources
- Network with STEM partners
- Experience “hands-on” nanotechnology
