| The Mid-Atlantic Girls Collaborative (MAGiC) Kickoff Conference is designed to bring together individuals and organizations that serve girls in formal and informal Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics education. During the day you will learn about resources to support your activities and how to gain funding to create STEM partnerships to support your STEM educational activities. The Keynote Speaker will be Catherine Didion from the National Academy of Engineering.
All organizations participating in the MAGiC Kick-off Conference will be eligible to apply for $1,000 mini-grants aimed at fostering collaborative relationships and projects.
MAGiC is part of the National Girls Collaborative Project, partnership between the Puget Sound Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology, the American Associate of University Women (AAUW) and the National Science Foundation. |
