Emilie Liebhoff

Emilie Galvan-ShreeveEmilie Liebhoff is Deputy Director at the National Coalition of Girls' Schools and Founder and Executive Director at Moms as MentorsĀ®, a leadership and self-esteem program for mothers and daughters. Since joining the Coalition in 2009, Ms. Liebhoff has focused on delivering research and professional development opportunities to girls' schools in areas critical to educating girls in the 21st century, such as STEM, leadership, and economic literacy. Ms. Liebhoff has also spoken on a variety of issues related to the healthy development of girls; topics include girls and stress, the role of mothers in girls' lives, engaging girls in social enterprise, using social media for social good, and the importance of STEM education for girls.

Ms. Liebhoff received her MBA from Cornell University, her Ed.M from Harvard University, and her B.A. from Dartmouth College. She serves on the Board of Advisors of Investing in Girls, a nonprofit focused on developing a financial knowledge base for girls.
